Are you a manager or HR manager who is concerned about an employee who you suspect may have alcohol, drug or gambling problems? Such a situation can be difficult to manage, since abuse is linked to substantial denial and encompasses many taboos for all involved. It may be a crucial step to get help, both for the employee and for the company.

CONTACT US

Please contact us and tell us about the problem in the workplace and what patterns of behavior you have observed in the employee. If there are clear signs of abuse, we will adjust the process going forward together with you.

STEP 1

You will receive a brief description of what happens to a person who is abusing or has an addiction and how a support effort may look, both in the short and long term. You will also receive support and coaching before your conversation with the employee, which should be held as soon as possible.
